Even though the official date is still a few weeks away, Black Friday deals have already started to appear and we’re collecting the best of them.
Gear up folks, the first few signs of the Black Friday avalanche are upon us. While the majority of retailers won’t have their Black Friday deals available for some time yet, there are a few outliers that are hoping to court your business early by unveiling all of their deals way in advance.
For example,Currys has launched its Black Friday salewith a price match guarantee so that if you find a cheaper price elsewhere, Currys will match it. This can be a great way of avoiding the Black Friday chaos (particularly if you’re not a huge fan of the hubbub and would rather get your Christmas shopping done early).

What happened last year?

One of the things that we’ve yet to see is a major deal on the outstandingBowers and Wilkins Px7 S2e, something to match the type of discount that we usually see for Sony’s WH headphones around Black Friday. Given their outstanding audio quality, eye-catching style and great ANC, these award winning headphones are well worth checking out.

What do we expect from Black Friday 2024?
Given that the long-awaited successor to the Nintendo Switch is set to drop sometime in 2025, Black Friday feels like the perfect opportunity for retailers to offload any excess stock they might have of Nintendo’s current console. This could lead to some pretty tasty bundles for the regularSwitch,Switch OLEDand theSwitch Lite.
Since the release of the Meta Quest 3S, the standardMeta Quest 3feels as if it’s due a price cut of some significance given that its £479.99 starting price hardly makes it the most affordable VR headset on the market (even if it is the best).
Compared to most flagship phones, thePixel 8andPixel 8 Prohad a shorter lifestyle than most, being ousted by their successors only 10 months after launch. With that in mind, we wouldn’t be too surprised to see these two handsets swoop in as bargain upgrades over the Black Friday period. In the past, Pixel phones have usually plummeted to incredibly low prices during the sale, but with the Pixel 9 series already on the town, the Pixel 8 range seems perfectly placed for a tasty price cut.
